Book Club! 6 years, 10 months ago I can’t attend tonight but will try to catch up with the replay. I really identified with the Tigers in the Mind in Ch. 7. Years ago when I started a 12 step program and therapy, I distinctly remember feeling strongly that I would need to be institutionalized if I allowed myself to “go there” with all of my feelings about things that had happened to me in the past. But I did go there, and I was not institutionalized 🙂
