Journaling. It’s a truly lost art.

But there are so many benefits to keeping a journal. Writing activates different parts of your brain, stimulates creativity, and helps you think through challenges you are having.

That’s why I am challenging YOU to join me as I journal my way through the month of May.

  2. Here on the FNC, there will be a journal prompt each day for you to use to write in your journal.
