Today I have “the sads.” I think it’s actually hormonal. My hormones have been whacky since my mastectomy. But I woke up today just wanting to cry and that feeling is not backing off. I’m not sad about anything in particular. I just want to cry is all. Sigh.

I tell ya guys. I am not doing well on my time management goals! But it’s ok. I see a light at the end of the tunnel.

I’m  back on the wagon! I will say that the appetite suppression element of it cleared up pretty fast within just a few days of not taking it.

You are super positive! And I can’t wait to see you do it. What habits are you working on developing?

Each time I see you’ve posted, I smile. I’m very proud of you, in case I haven’t told you lately!

One step at a time. As long as you are moving forward, you’re getting where you want to go – at your pace.

Love this. I call it “right-sizing” your goals. Sometimes if we are having trouble keeping up with an amped up goal, it just isn’t right sized. You can always build onto that!

But my house is a disaster. Why. Why do I have a grown child and a nearly grown child and a grown MAN in my house and it is a disaster because I went away three days. I don’t get that. I think there will be yelling in my immediate future. Sigh.
