When I eat carbs I’m hungry all the time never seam to fill up. And when I eat meat and veggies it sits very heavy than I’m  uncomfortable .im trying to find a happy medium . It’s no fun when your stomach is  uncomfortable and your trying to get things done. Any suggestions?
