i early need to get a handle on the emotions…… By the time I realized I needed to eat due to not eating earlier, I hit the nothing sounded/looked good.

Sounds like a total plan; why is watching someone we love & admire age & die?  She is doing this with such grace; I know I plan on kicking & screaming until the bitter end.

Talked with a lady I’ve known for over 25 years, her parents taught me that love knows no skin color or age.  I miss Pastor Kathy & I know her daughter will handle the challenges of single motherhood with TWINS as her 94 year old dad slips his earthly bonds.

HosPets, helping our seniors with their pets got time & money & supplies yesterday. (Does it matter if we volunteer with them?)

In laws, favored children, are in town this week…..   emotions are all out of whack.  Eating has been fine; I really need to find a surgeon who will hear that something isn’t right in the digestive system but that’s probably me being a hypochondriac again (at least according to one member of my family).

I’m knitting my stress away; does that count?  You really don’t want me coloring in my “f off” coloring books at my mother in law’s house.   I really, really want to but I’m keeping that internalized.

Today what brought me joy was going to church, cooking dinner for some friends & watching Dr. Who

Being a day late seems to be my thing….

i planted 5 pepper plants, 4 tomato & a patty pan squash before they completed died on me. I also weeded my garden spot.

Today, what brings me joy has been reconnecting with a support person that I lost touch with my local bariatric support group. I learned the truth as to why  she and I lost touch. Breaks my heart; however, I am joyful she is here and was able to finally speak the truth regarding  her former marriage

I hope I’ve found it….
