i missed last night due to post-colonoscopy brain & the Christmas episode of Dr Who 2016; slept pretty good & am really wishing I didn’t have to come back to my life.

Quick update…..
I’ve been struggling with innards that would twist & knot up; so, gastroenterologist is gonna keep me over night to drink & then colonoscopy in the am.My belly is SO tight & I don’t even have 1/2 the bottle gone. I’ve consistently been taking my meds, gotta remember to refill the holders.
Been in bed & head on pillow by midnight (11:58 counts?) & had a really emotional talk with hubby on Monday night; we need therapy to truly heal the long term effects of an emotional affair esp now he ADMITS to it from 2008 when I was on a vent for 2 weeks.

Well, in bed now watching a John Wayne movie with the wee one, got my sleeping “medicine”, my night mess & ready to sleep….
water intake was up today & mornings meds taken. Walked at the zoo with hubby & lost my drivers license.

sometimes sleep is what we need, it’s self-care & its okay!
I forgot how fast my night meds can work with the other “medicine” Sine we are accountability partners, shall we set a nightly or weekly check in?
Tues & Wed nights are out for me due to derby…..

Orbiting foods, I always have a snac bag (when I’m behaving) in he car to keep me out of drive-thrus
Moderation is out when it comes to popcorn, why must I buy a thing of popcorn when I know I can’t eat BUT I want it & do eat some.

I hereby commit to 3 things, 1 is med related, 1 is food & the other is support….
My weekly plan re my meds: each morning take my mess with a sip of water & wait 30 mins before adding breakfast and then at night,take meds as I’m getting in the tub (helps relieve fibro so I can sleep)

I’m having moments (more like weeks) where I take my mess & do the Things I mist do, but then the Ed & Ress ( eating disorder & depRession) rear, then I go off the rails.
I did reset ALL my meds, except a supplement that I’ll restart in June, & too today’s meds.
