That last paragraph…that’s the crux of everything. There is no such thing as a perfectly executed plan. Something always happens that we don’t anticipate. It’s how we respond to those situations that makes or breaks our end-goal.

Woot! I think with as many steps as you get each day, the 5k training will be a breeze. Just to let you know how I’m approaching it, I am just adding whatever they say to do for a day atop the walking I was already doing. I figure if I do that, then I am truly challenging myself.
