I’m sorry you have been struggling and continue to struggle. I believe you are doing what is best for you and hopefully you will find the correct support you need. Maybe your doctor or team there have some suggestion for you. I am sure tou have the support of a lot of foodies! Hang in thete!

I wish I were better at self care.

I am dealing with a health issue unrelated to my surgery. So for this first week I pledge to get more rest and follow all of the dr’s orders….something I dont always do!

What a great idea….I have the perfect jar I found while cleaning out a cupboard. Cant wait to get started!

I fidnt trim my nails but I did file them and painted my tonails!! And reported back on time yay me lol

Even though I am late again I am reporting back that I spent my time relaxing and listening to ocean sounds!! Great time of relaxing

Yesterday I left a gift card at local grocery store for next person….left it with cashier I know with strict instructions not to tell on me. Was able to sit on bench and see the smile on the face if person who got it!! A win win for me!!

As usual Im a little behind but I have been doing the challenge every day just forgetting to post at night. Read for almost 2 hours and loved it!

Sat outside today with a large glass of crystal light and watched the clouds and relaxed for a bit…then picked some blackberries that grow in my yard. A really nice time!

I spent the morning building Leggos and puzzles with my granddaughter. Best mornung ever!!

Going to go to the store with my grsnddsughter and we will pick out some flowers and then I will put them in my room so I see beauty as soon as I wake up!!

I took my nap but missed checking in last night….I am a day late and more than a dollar short.

Def this is very hard for me. I wish it wasnt so hard…..my list is done and now I need to put my head down for a bit!

I also only have a shower so I made the most of it! Washed up and used the company bath wash! Then took my warm towel out of the dryer and relaxed while applying some cream!! Happy clean and relaxed!
