    Just want to offer encouragement to you Nik-yay for seeking out more support for yourself!! Meds can be short-term and based on circumstances.

    Im struggling with competing ideas about logging/counting all my food and investigating more about Intuitive Eating. I feel like I need a new way to get connected to my body so I’ll take care of it better.

    that kind of banking fraud scares me so much!! Glad it is all worked out.

    3rd looong workday in a row but Im feeling good. Zero food prep this week but Im making my way through. I DO know that I will eat 3 meals and have meal breaks at work. Thats big!

    Sleep is a daily work in progress for me, so I totally hear you Nik. Do what you gotta do to get it! We know how important it is physically and mentally! Can you take a 1/2 or 3/4 dose of Zquil?

    my tummy has been funny since Sunday so yesterday i was only able to have a turkey burger, apple and almond butter. Seems a bit better today but not great. Heres my plan:

    enjoying a lovely (but hot!!!) weekend. Did my first real 3 mile walk yesterday and hip felt really good. I am beyond grateful.
