Yesterday I did 15 min walking and lots of running with the twins. Today is rest day which I am so thankful for.

I am done training for yesterday and today so I’m all caught up.

I just signed up and did not do my 15 minutes walking today.  I will double up tomorrow and do Monday and Tuesday stuff.

Today I will plan who to call first and write down the questions I want to ask each person.  I will then draft s e mail to my friend Sarah asking for her input on what I can do to get the revision paid for by my insurance .  At the eye Dr right now with GARY the going to the gym.

I will do this now.  It will be good to get less junk mail.

I was alone in the dinning room this evening and while working on my costume for Your Weight Matters Convention I burned my patchouli incense.  So relaxing!!

I spent this evening working on something for my Your Weight Matters Convention costume.  I am very excited about it.  Lots of fun.

We have day lily’s in the yard.  I usually don’t pick them because my house is always a mess but today I will cut a few and put them in a pretty vase and put them on the mantel regardless of the rest of the house.  They will brighten my day.

Its early bedtime for me tonight.  going in a few minutes.  getting my workout cloths ready then shower then hit the sack.   Night all!

My list has 5 things on it and even those were hard to put down on paper.  Nagative comes a lot easier to me.

I took a walk around the gym this morning before I went home.  I always park in the spot farthest away from the building under this tree.  I love this tree.

Nice long HOT shower with new lavander body wash.  Finished up with a few sprays of white musk body spray.

I have two on my bathroom mirror right now.  The gym is my friend and TAKE THE TIME  BECAUSE I AM WORTH IT!

I worked on my diaper wreath. Evsuse I wanted yo and I enjoy this type of craft.

hamburger with Gouda cheese on top and cauliflower/broccoli on the side .  Dinner was left overs.

Did two pictures from my coloring book.  I had forgotten how relaxing it is.
