I have taken my vitamins, today is the fourth day in a row. I had been slacking. I was noticing some problems with typing, reading, comprehension and just general clumsiness and trouble bruising….it was my wake up call to get my tush in gear and get some vitamins in my system. So now I am accountable to taking vitamins EVERY DAY!
