(TMI) Poll: About how many times/how frequently are you visiting the restroom since this challenge began?
Theoretically that should slow down a bit as your body gets consistently hydrated so I’ll keep asking as we go through this month!

Yay for plea deals!
I went for my annual women’s exam today. Pretty uneventful although I saw a new doc so had to go through my whole history and explain the cancer and yadda. But I like this doctor. I felt like she took her time, listened to me, and answered my questions well, so that’s encouraging.

No more jury duty! Gotta love it when they take the plea deal!
Errands and grocery store for me today. Getting my steps and PT exercises done.
Breakfast is a Premier Protein bar
Lunch is the same as yesterday’s and will be the same for the rest of the week as I made them up ahead of time.

I don’t know what to wish for in this jury situation but…whatever is the best outcome, I hope that’s what happens!
So yesterday I enacted stage 2 of my car rehabilitation effort. I cleaned out underneath ALL the seats and vacuumed really well. The carpet is filthy but I am going to go wash the mats and for now that will have to be good enough.…[Read more]
