1 cup dates
1/4 c natural peanut butter (I like chunky)
2tbs chocolate protein powder
Mix all in a food processor until clumpy. I sometimes add a tbs or 2 of water if the dates are drier
either roll in to bite size ball or spread in a bottom of bread pan. I eat them right away but can refridgerate ane eaten cold. They freeze great also

I have also been eating a lot of different types of food as I am not the main cook now. So up 10 pounds. put both in crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours
I serve over cauliflower rice for me and make noodles or potatoes for the rest of family, but I would bet it would be great with zoo…[Read more]

rain here.good day to clean the house though. Have to run oldest in to Grand Rapids for baseball cleats so its a fun family day. Bad part of small town living is you have to drive so far to get anywhere to buy anything but a great place to raise kids. Really miss living in the city where you can run to the mall in minutes.
