Remember way, way back before the internet when we used to keep our feelings in a journal (instead of on social media)?
Turns out that’s actually pretty good for you!
That’s why I am challenging you, my dear Foodie, to go through 31 days of journaling.
Here’s how this challenge works:
- Sign up using the form below. Then find yourself a journal! (Any notebook will do.)
- Each day for the next 31 days, you’ll receive a journaling prompt.
- Complete your prompt, then use the link in the daily email to hold yourself accountable in the forums.
