I am in love with this site! I found it when I was looking for some new recipes. I had bypass surgery 3 weeks and 2 days ago. What a wonderful thing I have done for myself!! Yes … for ME! Not for my fiance, daughter, best friend, doctors, etc …. just me …. and about dang time too! I have found a “foodie heaven”! Everything that I need is right here in one place. As of this morning, I have begun another new chapter in this incredible book of “Trisch”! Let the good times roll lol!

Thanks Nikki! I do have a ? …. when I post here is it a place that I can write the things that I did or just a place to post questions etc. I sure don’t want to step on anyone or start out doing the wrong things.
There is no wrong thing! But where you are posting right now is your personal activity feed…so others can’t see it unless they come to your profile. (You’ll be getting a series of emails showing you around the site that will help explain that a bit.)
To go where the action is, you’d go to that green side menu and go to “Forums.” From there you can choose to go to “All Forums” to check stuff out OR you can go to “Recent Topics” to see what folks have been talking about.
