Last time my daughter and I drove to Dallas, we went up I35 and hit the Waco Bakery and then came home via I45 through Corsicana so we could go to that Bakery too. Between Collin Street Bakery and Buc-ee’s, Texas road trips are the best. My husband has already lamented the loss of Buc-ees when we move back to Washington in May.

@Kwarfield Well, how did your empty the fridge and freezer shopping and cooking go? I ask because I had a similar experience a few days ago. I woke up to the freezer door open and everything defrosted. The DH and I went grocery replacement shopping and didn’t do as good nutritionally as I had hoped. I am curious to see how your plan of attack went.

I really like this type of challenge, it incorporates a bit of diet, nutrition and exercise, sounds like something I could do. Keep us posted!
