Howdy all! So I just put a little squirt of stevia in my acv and it made it about 1000% better.
Also read the suggestion to put it in a smoothie which I could see working well.
I have raw, unfiltered honey, and I’m not objectionable to adding a few drops for its health benefits.
Salad dressing has been suggested on several of these forums I’ve…[Read more]

Chicken stuffed with sundried tomatoes, spinach, and mozzarella
6oz/180g small chicken breasts (2 pieces), boneless and skinless
1/2 cup sun dried tomato (The recipe calls for oil packed, but I found some in balsamic vinegar and they were 1/3 of the calories and DELICIOUS. Only issue was trying to not eat them all before I made the chicken! Use…[Read more] -

<p style=”text-align: left;”>So great you are reaching out! Welcome!! Those last few pounds are a doozie! Or so I’m told. Haven’t been that close to goal but hope to get there (8 years out and life happened–regained about 25-30 pounds). So congrats to you on that HUGE accomplishment. You are already considered very much a success by most docs’…[Read more]

So it tastes the exact same? I’d be far more apt to use this now though. I couldn’t justify the calorie/protein ratio before.

I am not an LTEE, but this is a great article that could help transform me into one. I did just buy some workout clothes and want to add to them. I think my reward for consistent exercise (“most days” getting a workout in) for two weeks will be these socks I love that cost 10 bucks a pair. I never really though about rewarding myself for…[Read more]

I love this post. Sometimes being honest with ourselves is the very first step toward real and meaningful change! Good for you for facing what are difficult things to admit. I always say awareness is half the battle. Do you do counseling? I’m thinking more and more that I need it! Ok, speaking of honest, I know I need it! Lol!

I copied directly from the source but agree that much honey would be a trip to the ER for me and probably nonops too! Sorry for my delay in responding! I thought I had subscribed to the thread but hadn’t.

So I didn’t put a reminder in my phone so missed the first couple days. I’m sick too which means my desire to to anything beyond just surviving is minimal, but I’ll pen and paper it at least and maybe dust off my Lose It app. I always freak myself out over the stars but I need to consider it learning and stop stressing.

Does Lose It have a friend feature? I was not aware of it. I’d been doing pen and paper although Lose It is my preference when I do it electronically. I’ve got a huge database of my recipes in it so I really should go back to it!

Denise Lucas replied to the topic Meatless Friday Menu – March 3 in the forum Open Discussion 7 years, 1 month ago
I was gnawing on a chicken breast and my daughter said something about being meatless on Friday. I said we are, it’s chicken. She looked at me like I had 3 heads. Well heck, I guess I never thought that hard about it before! So although I’d not committed to being meatless for Lent, I will watch your menu because never hurts to be meatless for a day!

Nik, are you logging your food in the apple cider vinegar challenge by accident? Just don’t want folks to be missing you if you meant to post elsewhere.
