    Today, so far, has started well for me. We’ve had a cold front come through that dropped our temperature from 98 on Tuesday to 78 yesterday. We woke up to 53 degrees this morning!

  • I got my 15 minutes of walking in…just in five minute spurts! (I purposely walked to places I would have driven to on the way home…cuz the rain threw me off, man!)

  • Actually, that’s a great idea! As I forgot to get milk when I went grocery shopping yesterday, I’m going to pick up some baby carrots and the such when I go get milk. I’d love to eat fruit but find it’s best if I have it at the end of a meal to avoid that special drop in blood sugar.
