Today is my husband’s and my 40th Anniversary. And of course, it’s a busy day for both of us. I have my bariatric support group meeting in Temple today. For some unknown reason, the Bariatric practice just can’t have a group meeting in Waco. Hopefully this month I want be both the only long-term post – op or only RNY!

Today was kind of a boring day. I think the most exciting thing I did was go grocery shopping. Meh.

Eats:

Breakfast sandwich
Chicken Tikka Masala w/ a green salad
A protein bar
Shrimp, spinach and tomatoes with crab legs

And now it is time for me to sleeeeeeeeep…good night!
