Checking in. I didn’t color today but I did do several things that I want to do for myself. There are things that I can’t make for dinner when my husband or daughter or around because they will not eat them. Tonight I made it for me. Goulash! And I currently have blueberry lemon scones in the oven!

So glad today is coming to a close! For some reason sleep was totally nonexistent last night. Of course, today was the day of multiple doctors appointments! (none for me!) I got a late start today. A whole lot going on, but I did get a picture started! 

I’m ok.  Getting some stuff done in the house.  Having no car while Dave works two jobs really bites!  Not only a car, but I’m ALONE.  That’s worse!

But, first world issues.  I’ll live!

Though I was not able to make a donation today, I did purchase an American flag as our flag, 3 actually, had been stolen last night. My husband was so very upset by this that purchasing a new flag took precidence .

Take Two report : I made a donation to “Shepherd’s Heart” which is a local Christian food bank that feeds around 300-500 families every week including delivering food to senior citizens and shut-ins. They also host a Christmas party for hundreds of homeless children every year.

I messaged a friend of mine in Florida that I’ve been friends with since we both first got married in 1977. Both of our husbands were in the Marines and we lived next door to each other.

Went back and did Day one..  purchased items for home trait that I have been putting off!  Tracking up to date now!!

Day 3 done!  Sent a message to my high school best friend!!!  Also, went back and did Day one by purchasing home repair items I have been putting off for a while, cuz money!  Now I will do the rest in order for tracking purposes!!!

Everyone else is taking a nap so I’m sitting here with my headphones on listening to some Anthony Evens and Casting Crowns with a little Chris Tomlin, Sidewalk Prophets and Natalie Grant mixed in.

Wow!  I have not just listened to music in years!!  I danced around my living room and really enjoyed it!

Now, don’t laugh…  I listened to Justin Bieber (really like some of his stuff!!) and George Michael!!
