All done! Made it thru the entire month. I have definitely decided to not only continue this, but up it to twice a day to see if I can get the appetite suppression effect through the entire day. It may be the key to getting these last few pounds my surgeon wants me to lose off. We’ll see!

Good morning, Nikki! I’m here. We’ve spent the morning trying to plan out our vacation next month. That’s not really going well. I’ve managed to get in a protein bar and a lot of liquids but haven’t accomplished anything else except for getting extremely frustrated with my husband! 😀

(Sigh) I’m back at the tire store getting new tires as my leaking tire couldn’t be fixed. We’d hoped to be able to wait until late summer to do this, but didn’t want just one new tire on the car. I’ve already had mine this morning. I have decided to continue this and will probably up it to a tablespoon in the morning and one at mid-afternoon. I’m sitting in my car (actually, my husband’s car, mine has a flat tire) outside the bone and joint clinic. I’ve already walked most of my steps already this morning. My plan for today is to just survive! I hate colds. My plan is to get my liquids in (I have 20 out of 80 ounces in so far. To make myself actually eat something besides a shake or a protein bar. And maybe get my steps in and PT exercises done.

Today is a new day. I am so thankful for that!
Breakfast- premier drink
Lunch- chicken salad with apples and grapes
Dinner- TBDI went to my councilor today. Yesterday it almost didn’t happen. I almost gave up. But I didn’t.
Today my mental health goal is to BREATH.
