Hello, Nikki! I’m working on trying to figure out how to get my picture of my cheesecake posted. I’m totally inept at this kind of thing. I’m hoping that when my husband gets home, he can teach me!

Yeah when I was talking the other day about blowing it. This is what I ment. It’s not been a great week.

I am so there! My surgeon wants me to to lose 15-20 more pounds. This would be a great kickoff to that goal!

Totally, totally not sappy!!! I remember the first time my husband was able to get his arms around me after my RNY! I had totally forgotten how good it felt. Now, I go in for a reminder as often as possible!!!

Today has started out much better than yesterday! I’ve been up and busy in the kitchen making double batches the Unjury peanut butter protein balls in both chocolate peanut butter and peanut butter and jelly. I haven’t done any of my gratitude things this week at all. In fact I haven’t even picked up my journal. I went back to work today but found out too late to take my kids to the falls so no walking I did however find out I’m ok to take allergy pills.
