Well check ins have been great! Walks so far have only gotten one in and that was yesterday at the parade. Today is not gonna happen tomorow will for sure  but the week is not over yet.!! I have been very nice to myself so far and have not needed the worksheet however it is something that is on my mind a lot.

Checking in a little early because I have the chance to go to bed early. Hubby oral surgery went well. Parade was awesome I ran a lot of it because I kept handing candy to the little kids in the back or ones in strollers or ones with special needs and so I kept getting left behind.

Thanks for sharing. I learned about this at YWM2017 and it is on my list of things to look in to. That is is still in a bag and now I don’t have to find it for this. (Other things yeah but this no) I like checking things off my list before I even get it fully organized.
