Woo hoo! my favorite thing to do. And this week with the bosses in town has been kicking my butt, so forcing myself to make time for me is a good thing.

Done… Emailed a friend I hadn’t seen in a few weeks.

I colored in one panel from the comics in the newspaper.  It was more stressful than relaxing, lol.

I had cottage cheese with homemade peanut butter.

I bought donuts for my co-workers.  I even allowed myself to eat a quarter of one (and walked and extra half-hour to compensate for it).

I have post-it’s on my mirror and in my car.

… Bought a new bottle of Aveeno with extra moisturizers, and took a leisurely warm shower.

I walked to the store to do my grocery shopping.  I like walking in the rain.

Made my list… It’s a short list, but there’s some nice “me” stuff on there!

Took a nice 2 hour nap!  Nothing new for me – I’ve come to appreciate a good nap!

I spent a few minutes after work enjoying flowers at the store… Didn’t buy any or bring any home though.

I went for a brisk, relaxing walk… needed some me time.
