My best NSV is when I went zip lining last August with my brother at Niagara Falls.  You had to be weighed to ensure it was safe to participate.  I was so scared.  LOL!!  I was way under the maximum weight.  It was an amazing feeling!

Why did it happen??  Because I have this idea that if I follow my plan all day I deserve a “treat”.  Because I am a boredom eater.  Because after a year plus after surgery I am tired of having to work so hard every day.  Because I am lazy.  LOL!!  I could keep going.
