I would be interested in this group as well. I don’t know that I necessarily struggle with emotionally eating, it’s probable however, but I do have two special boys who are extremely limited in their diet, and its a struggle to come up with food that everyone can enjoy.

I was getting all these notifications about Messages about coffee…I came home and made myself a decaf Mocha. LOL

Another day down the hatch with my vitamins!!

I have taken my vitamins, today is the fourth day in a row. I had been slacking. I was noticing some problems with typing, reading, comprehension and just general clumsiness and trouble bruising….it was my wake up call to get my tush in gear and get some vitamins in my system. So now I am accountable to taking vitamins EVERY DAY!
