Thanks for checking with me. I’m doing great, no pain. Little issues with gas at this point. Feels like a full time job getting my 10 minute walk in every hour and getting my liquids in.

i have to say, I feel blessed with how well this has gone to date. I see the doc on Thursday and will get their take on how I’m doing.

Surgery went great. I’ve got the magic button and my husband by my side. They will get me up in about an hour, and we will see how real this gets.

Pre-Op RNY – waiting on insurance approval. Slipping in foods not on my food plan, shirking water consumption and skipping the gym to often. 12 days since my last MD diet appt and the scale shows 1 lb weight gain. Today I am getting back on track. No EXCUSES!
