Yes I do log my food on My Fitness Pal and you are correct my main focus this week is to log everything and get my 64 oz of water in. As far as entering the monthly challenge for logging, I thought it was too late to join?

I have not had to use prednisone long term, but when I have to do the 3 week tapers I usually end up having to do a couple of courses. Once I have issues it’s hard to get rid of.
