I just do what keeps working for me. 1 TBSP Lemon Juice, 1 TBSP ACV, a few fresh berries, muddled, a spritz of liquid stevia, about 2 oz of Minute maid light (5calories) and top with water. I use a 10 oz cup for this.
I just looked it up and – holy crap! – a Double Gulp cup is 64 oz.!
Wow.
I may drink another one just to show off! 😉
@susans_shrinking, kudos on finding a way that works consistently! The way I was doing it (just a tablespoonful) technically was working but I knew it wasn’t very sustainable. So I’m trying out other stuff. For me, variety is the spice of life!
