Yes I agree with you. I feel like I should definitely put something in my pouch before doing the vinegar. I feel like it should be something that offsets the acidity. The first thing that came to mind was milk, but somehow that doesn’t seem like a good idea!
So far, no discernible changes except for the warming in my stomach for about an hour after taking it.
I “downed” it first thing and whoa!!!! Pouch was wide awake after. It felt like it burned going down, but like Robin’s experience it doesn’t last long. I did experience a warming sensation for about an hour after.
Ive been doing the ACV for a little while longer than the challenge….and I have found I like it simply in water, after my morning drink, or sometimes before bed (if I have forgotten to drink it in the AM. LOL
