I posted Sunday’s food in My Fitness Pal!!!  First day done — I know by the end of the week that this should be a habit and much easier to remember!!! 🙂

Positivity Jar is ready to go and paper is cut and placed in basket next to it so that I can add my “blessings” to my jar!!!  I plan to create a cool decal to it so that it can be out year round!!!  Look forward to see how many things are added to it by the end of the year!!! 🙂

I have clipped and painted my toenails.  I get my nails done and it isn’t time yet so that is why I did my toenails.  Looking good!!! 🙂

My car had to be towed to the dealership today!!!  😫 So my husband fixed me a delicious coffee this evening and we sat down without the tv on and enjoyed our coffee and just talked!!!  I plan to actually go to Starbuck’s tomorrow after getting my car and enjoying an iced coffee and just sit, relax and people watch!!! 🙂

I am in!!! 🙂  This is going to be a big challenge since vacation is in the middle of this but hopefully this will keep me focused on my journey as a whole including weight loss!!! 🙂

I really enjoyed making my list of “fun things” to do.  I have some big and small things and some that have to wait until this stifling summer heat that has hit north Texas subsides so looking at fall for some!!!  Some I plan to accomplish while we are on vacation in Colorado in a couple of weeks.

Ok — didn’t make it up to see the sunrise this morning.  Just way to tired and recovering from surgery so I opted to watch the “sunset” this evening which was beautiful with the clouds that were around.  Mostly clear and very hot all day but clouds rolled in to make a beautiful sunset!!!  I will watch the sunrise in the next few days. 🙂

Facial is done!!!  Feels wonderful and added essential oils to my moisturizer to help with my aging skin!!! 🙂   I need to make this a weekly activity!!! 🙂

I spent the afternoon at a children’s museum with one of my grandsons and granddaughters!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon!!! Love my grandkids!!! 🙂

Done!!!  I did this not too long ago but still had ones that either didn’t take me off their list or new ones that I needed to unsubscribe to.  I love taking the time to do this!!! 🙂
