I love roasted veggies! I’ve been known to eat cloves of roasted garlic, too. Makes for wonderful breath, but it’s so yummy! At any rate, they probably wouldn’t make it to the stock pot, lol.

I am lost if I don’t have time for meal prep on the weekend. It is not hard, though, since it is just my hubby and I. I am also super picky, so I tend to eat the same things over and over to be safe. That sounds soooo gooood!!! I wonder if it would work with decaf. I will definitely have to give it a try, especially with the warmer weather arriving soon.
