I don’t think it’s a placebo effect since I went into this with no idea what to even look for. When I mentioned it to my husband, he wasn’t surprised by it .He said that he knew it helped with weight loss, so he figures that the appetite suppression is probably how. I don’t know how or why it works, I’m just glad it does!

I read! This Monday was slightly less crazy than usual. My PT had changed from M/Th to T/Th so I had a little bit of a break.

Physical Therapy is up first thing. Possibly a trip to Killeen if the new parents need a break.  I’ve gotten some of my steps in this morning. The rest will have to wait until I get home. Trying to make progress on cleaning out the house. Catching up on laundry.
