Oops! Nearly forgot to take it today.. sipping now! I ASKED my hubby not to put the bottle in the cupboard…. grrrr. 😡
I honestly don’t really mind the taste in water.

I may just do that! My hubby is making what we started calling “Ghost Chili” (chicken chili made with white beans and green chilies & no tomato). Those are leftovers I don’t mind. I think that I need to make things that freeze well.

I’m planning out some low carb meals for the week, hopefully with just enough leftovers for a second dinner and maybe a lunch for me. I’m tired of having so many leftovers that we’re eating the same thing all week. I have to drive out of town twice this week for physical therapy. Getting my steps in,hopefully outside. I think that just about covers it.

I’m still recovering from a severe episode of reactive hypoglycemia yesterday. Compounding the problem was the protein bar I used to stabilize my BS once I got it back up. It had 10 grams of sugar alcohols in it and I have been dealing with the stomach issues that caused all night.

Definitely the way to go! I’m using a store brand, but the results are still good. I used a cup of water, but tomorrow will probably use 16 ounces. I think that this will be doable!

Up, showered and stopped to take AM vitamins, etc and have a cup of coffee. I mostly updated on today in my post yesterday. We’re planning on getting on the road to Austin in about 45 minutes. Hopefully, this will be a fun, relaxing day. (until we have to drive 2+hours back through storms)

If I might add to Nikki’s answer…sticking to the pre-op diet long term is HARD!!!!!!! I know this! My insurance company made me lose weight for six months straight. I didn’t sleep well last night so I went back to bed a got in a two hour nap! Breakfast is late, but I’m having Greek yogurt and veggie sausage again. One more day and it will be gone! The cauliflower rice bowls sound good. I’ve been thing of trying to make Vietnamese vermicelli bowls using Zoodles. There are so many parts that I have to try making, though, before I can do a entire bowl.
