I haven’t done any of my gratitude things this week at all. In fact I haven’t even picked up my journal. I went back to work today but found out too late to take my kids to the falls so no walking I did however find out I’m ok to take allergy pills.

I am in full support of this group!! I too have a special needs boy that has a very limited pallet. Got to love texture sensitivity issues!

So for the last couple weeks I have not felt hungry at all but I want to constantly stuff my face. Being on the liquid part of the diet makes that kinda hard. I know it’s boredom and head hunger.
