Well, it seems that the tiny bit of inulin in those Premier protein bars that I’ve been eating for the last two and a half months, are a major part of why I have been feeling so lousy. Today started out pretty well. I actually got several hours of undisturbed sleep last night! Unfortunately, I’m still so tired that I end up having to lie down and rest at various times throughout the day. If things don’t improve soon, I think that I will be making a drs appointment.

My plan is to shut down the TV, tablets, and phone at least 30 minutes before bed. Telling my husband that if he wants to talk about work, kids or his family, he has to do it early, not after we go to bed and start having a cup of “sleepy time” tea. I have several different options there.

Okay. My husband’s MRI came out much better than expected. Supposedly he had a herniated disk. We haven’t gotten the report ourselves but should get it by tomorrow. So, PT for him, it did seem to help on Monday. We canceled our vacation that was supposed to start on Saturday. There’s no way he can sit in a car for hours. So maybe this fall.

I’m sitting in the waiting room at the sports medicine surgeon’s office waiting to be called back. I didn’t get much sleep at all and what I did was apparently on my shoulder, so of course, it hurts today.
