Had 1150 calories yesterday, no sweets,
had 880 so far today, no sweets except for nut clusters in my P3.
I’m actually doing well without the Hershey bars. Not getting as hungry, and able to eat more filling food than chocolate. Cravings are manageable.

Thanks Sarah. Feeling a little better today. My ex picked me up and we took a quick trip to Wegman’s. Got a little walking in, and only bought two small rolls. Going to rest up for the remainder of today, since knee is a bit swollen still.

Went to New York on a bus trip yesterday. Today, I’m having trouble walking. Had to do some steps leading up to, and after, the elevator in the Statue of Liberty (only went up the pedestal). Just got home from New York. Did 9,510 steps so far today. My knees are freakin sore, but I had a good time, and walked off some calories. 😊
