Agree with the above.  I’m also guilty of checking out.  I’m having medication issues right now, and know it’s hard to show up sometimes.  Knowing I need to log on each day for the daily journal prompt is helping.

I’m so glad you’re back, keep posting.  And learn to forgive yourself, be as kind to yourself as you would be to others.  You deserve it!

Done.  Spent most of the day inside, so didn’t see too much.  But this did make me pause and pay attention to my surroundings.

Bed at 12:40 last night.  Tonight’s goal is 12:15.  Tomorrow 11:45.  Then 11:30 after that.

For Mother’s Day today, my son, his girlfriend, my ex, and I spread the last of my moms ashes. She passed a little over 4 years ago, and we spread half of her then.
