I go to Starbucks and order a Venti green or white iced tea with splenda. I surf the net or read a book and then I go get a refill. Its free by the way as many as you like if your gold status, and only 54 cents per refill if your not. Venti is 26oz and the Trenta is 30 oz. This adds up quickly! I always get the second or third Lol to take with me..

I paid it forward @ my fav Starbucks! Always nice to get a free beverage and most customers continue the RAK.

My accountability goal for today is to get all my protein in. I really have not felt like eating the past couple of days. So today will consist mostly of shakes for me.

My Action Plan this week is to take care of my emotional needs. Changing medications can wreak havoc in my life, but the good- bad news is the old medication caused me to gain weight. Hello all,
I am almost 2 years out from VSG. I enjoyed the Foodie Pledge it was my second year and boy do I learn a lot during those 4 weeks. I hope to continue to learn about myself and others through the use of Foodie Nation.
