I’ve also noticed the reduction in my appetite. However, I have not noticed a reduction in my fasting blood sugar. However, that could be because my fasting is pretty low already. I also have noticed that the burning feeling is lessening.
I managed to get it in all week! It did feel a little tough on my stomach, so I added it to my 24oz Tervis of water and flavored liquid protein (Proti-Diet). Made all the difference! I do feel like I have more energy today, and I’m down 2 pounds. I’ll take it!! Happy Saturday!
