Lunches for the next week! Ground chicken with garlic, ginger, onion, slivered water chestnuts & bamboo shoots, grated carrot and sliced baby bokchoy cooked with stir fry oil. All ready to eat as is or on top of cauliflower rice or Zoodles.

Today is my husband’s and my 40th Anniversary. And of course, it’s a busy day for both of us. I have my bariatric support group meeting in Temple today. For some unknown reason, the Bariatric practice just can’t have a group meeting in Waco. Hopefully this month I want be both the only long-term post – op or only RNY!
