No, I don’t, but I have the zucchini that I was going to make zoodles out of for me, so I’m about to raid the freezer and see if down in the depths the really is the small partial bag of shrimp that I think there is. I’m thinking zoodles with shrimp, Greek seasoning and some feta cheese.

Hmmm. Spaghetti’s off the menu tonight and I’ll be on my own. What to have???? I think I hear “Ooodles of Zoodles” calling my name! I’ll have to see what I can put together with what I have on hand. I really don’t want to have to go to the grocery store today!

I had to stop the C25K training I was doing due to inflammation issues, so I was on the treadmill this morning and started upping the incline by .5% every two minutes. I guess I should add that even though the C25K is on my calendar, my quest has come to an end. Too much inflammation over the weekend and it has carried over thru today. Sunday was left over grilled chicken breast and some cauliflower tots
Monday was broiled salmon and homemade coleslaw ( my husband added a sweet potato to his meal)

If I manage to finish following my menu plan for today, this is what I will have:
Breakfast: ham and egg
Lunch: Salami, cheese, banana and sugar free popsicle
Dinner: Homemade chicken sour cream enchilada and refried beans

I did add an extra snack as I ended up walking A LOT today. But everything is logged.
today’s totals: 1110 calories, 115 grams of protein, 44 grams of fat, 67 grams of carbs
According to MFP, I have 774 more calories I could eat. REALLY!!? I’m just thrilled that I actually broke 1,000 calories

Got all my foods logged and actually was above 1,000 calories for a change! Now, I’m having my cup of coffee treat, cuz I drank all 80 ounces today PLUS extra! I still have my bedtime protein snack to get in, but it’s already logged. I also am WAY over my step goal for the day have walked 9.5 miles!

Breakfast- hot premier chocolate shake
Snack after exercise- Unjury protein balls
Lunch- leftover grilled chicken breast and cauliflower tots
Dinner- fish (grilled or baked), coleslaw (homemade)

Happy Monday! (if there can be such a thing!) I’ve started off well this morning. Got the Hubs off too work and immediately went in and got on the treadmill. I’m at week 2 day 1 on my C25K attempt! I’ll take notes for April if I decide to go ahead and start. I’ve got to do something, even the pain med didn’t particularly work today.
I bought the same vinegar as you did except my store had a dollar off coupon for it!
