Well if my 2 decaf coffees count, that’s 20 oz. Plus I think I’ve sipped through almost 32 oz. if water so far (haven’t measured going by how much I have drunk from my bottles). If my coffee doesn’t count, I know I will fall short of 72 oz.

I can relate, as I am the oldest, rememberer , list maker, etc. and do have a lot of trouble with last minute changes, although the last one I’m getting better at not totally freaking out when it happens. @nikki-massie, It’s hard with family, etc. when big events happen and not having the financial means to what they think is “proper celebration” of those events, but it’s not up to them what is the right or wrong way to celebrate. Thanks Susan!! This morning I did fine at breakfast, I was able to eat it all without feeling nauseous!! Progress!! But now I am having trouble again. More than likely my pain pills are the culprit. Glad to know that it’s only a temporary problem.
