Every once in a while I have an emotionally hard day. They sort of come out of nowhere (that I can discern). I wake up sad. I miss my mother. I miss being able to sleep correctly. My body is sore, not looking forward to a tilt table or cardiac MRI stress test. (Even having the dogs on the bed sometimes is more than I can do BUT their my pupper-ronis & I gots to love them)

It’s hot as (BLEEP) today! Although I think Robin might laugh at what I consider “hot.”
I had a migraine (again) yesterday so I rested up and feel a lot better today (that and I started binge-watching The Handmaid’s Tale on Hulu). Today I feel much more energetic and ready to conquer the world.

Today I will be keeping my 2 year old grandson so it’s a little difficult to plan. Most likely a shake for breakfast, shrimp cocktail for lunch and whatever I can throw together after he goes home for dinner.
