Checking in a little early because I have the chance to go to bed early. Hubby oral surgery went well. Parade was awesome I ran a lot of it because I kept handing candy to the little kids in the back or ones in strollers or ones with special needs and so I kept getting left behind.
Food was okish. I miss the verity of New Orleans. I had a…[Read more]

Not even sure how to use it anyway. Won’t bother me if it goes.

Thanks everyone!! Since I don’t have a treadmill, can’t walk around the block without assistance and trails (i.e. uneven ground) don’t seem to be possibilities for me I’ll have to give this some thought before I commit. Ideas are walking around stores, malls, or get my butt back into Planet Fitness (yes, I’ve been paying my membership dues for the…[Read more]

Breakfast – plant based protein shake (no dairy or wheat/gluten) with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Didn’t seem to bother my digestive system.
Lunch – leftover Mexican squash casserole (minus the cheese)
Dinner – basil and garlic chicken breast and roasted veggies without oil
I succeeded in eating slow with smaller bites and chewing really…[Read more]

We nixed the chat function here on the FNC?
I’ve been trying to do some functionality clean-up in anticipation of opening our community up and chat is one of those things that just has not been working well for us. I’m not sure if it’s the chat plug-in I’m using on the site (maybe it just doesn’t function well) or if chatting here is not a huge…[Read more]

Today is gonna be a moving day. I have a parade I am walking in and so my steps should be fantastic lol. Hubby is having oral surgery today and then we need to get school supplies because school starts next week. Food today is gonna be tricky. After a week of not eating greasy food yesterday’s burger and dinner came back to bite in the middle of…[Read more]

Thanks for sharing. I learned about this at YWM2017 and it is on my list of things to look in to. That is is still in a bag and now I don’t have to find it for this. (Other things yeah but this no) I like checking things off my list before I even get it fully organized.

Today is a really busy day! I have the two Good Measures demos this evening. I’m kind of nervous about it but I think it’ll go ok.
Most of today will be prepping for that in addition to my regular life stuff. Not sure of my food plan so I’ll report back later! No much movement likely for today and I hate that but some days it’s like that!

I’m feeling somewhat better today despite the dog waking me up at 2 AM this morning. I’m already working on my steps and liquids and have decided that today is the day I will get my weekly pledge done.
My last two week’s pledges were to add complex carbs to my food plan. That DIDN’T work out for me. The grains and starchy vegetables made my pouch…[Read more]
