@kspot42…  it can be kicked off by physical stuff, being forced to care for someone who has the ability, or so the DD board says, therapy, life. Plus I’m a diagnosed major depressive with PTSD.

i feel ya!!! Stress eating/binging/restriction just suck as coping mechanisms.

I went to Dress Barn. I knew I would find something there because that’s where I shopped before. And in general clothes shopping sends me for a loop. I have no idea what sizes to try, I have never really had success shopping … ever…. so the fact that I found something I liked, look d good and fit was fantastic.

@Kspot42… Thanks for your comments … Taco salad is nothing fancy … Lean ground turkey breast cooked with McCormick mild taco spices … Put over a bed of lettuce, tomato, topped with sargento reduced fat 4 cheese blend shredded and mild salsa … My sleeve doesn’t like spicy so if you like more spice, level up
