I will be doing this today as today’s challenge is a challenge I physically can’t do right now (take a long bath).

Not sure I’ll have time to do today’s prompt. Will need to catch up tomorrow with 3 days worth. I WILL make the time to do this.

Never had a chance to complete yesterday’s journal prompt. Will do together with journal prompt 8 (and possibly 9) if I don’t have time today.

My husband and I sat outside last night relaxing, listening to music and enjoying each other’s company in front of a fire in our fire pit.

I have been doing stuff around the house most of the day.

Breakfast – protein shake

Lunch – leftover chopped Greek salad with chicken

Dinner – going out, not sure where yet, but my husband and I are going to the mall. This will be the first in probably 4-5 years that we’ve done this.

Had a Dr appt this morning. This afternoon I decided to treat myself and went and got my hair colored and trimmed.

Oikos Greek yogurt for breakfast (peanut butter and banana–yum!)

Cottage cheese egg salad over baby spinach and some grape tomatoes for lunch.

I had a cottage cheese egg salad over baby spinach and some grape tomatoes. I found this recipe a while ago and loved it. So dug it out for today. No fat is added in this salad.

First I decorated yesterday’s journal entry. Then I began coloring in my adult coloring book. Too much detail to complete the page today.

My husband took majority of what was leftover from Sunday’s party into work today (thank God cause that stuff kept calling my name while it was here). Welcome Mary!!! I also had ankle fusion surgery done, left foot July 2013 and right foot July 2014. So I know exactly how you feel and the length of time I had to be non-weightbearing!! Had more energy today. I think I’m almost recovered from our party Sunday. Was able to get the house back in order and vacuum (not much got done yesterday). Tried focusing more on healthier food choices and more water.

Take 2: Donated to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society our local animal shelter.
