Love it!! Although it may be difficult, it is something I definitely need to work on.

Rough day today. My therapist literally kicked my butt!!! I saw my surgeon and he’s very pleased with my progress and after Dr visit went and got my allergy shots. Once I got home I was exhausted and very sore. Not so much my knee, but for some reason my lower back. So last night I was in bed by 9:30 p.m.

Rough day. PT kicked my butt 1st thing in morning. Then off to see my surgeon for post-op check-up and after that went for my allergy shots. Talk about tired and pain. Only got about 30 oz. in.

Maybe 20 oz. today. I know I need to try harder, but it was cold, damp and miserable today which steered me towards warm drinks.

Didn’t happen. Maybe 16 oz. Lots of coffee(regular and decaf) and tea though.

Nope, didn’t accomplish much at all today. Maybe about 20 oz. Finding my bladder is sensitive right now from the surgery. Maybe the pain meds are also to blame, so I am a little cautious about my fluid consumption right now as I don’t have the control like before surgery.
