Thanks @nikki-massie!! I must say you are a remarkable woman and even with your challenges you still find the time to support everyone else!!! Who supports you??? I would like to be a “cheerleader” for you and that is something I will be striving to do! I hope everything is going well for you today and that your “man” is recovering nicely!!!

I must admit, I have not been journaling. My hopes are to go back after the challenge (and my surgery tomorrow) and complete.

It’s felt like a whirlwind for the last several days! Had a great session with my therapist on Monday and we worked through what was giving me the most stress/anxiety for my surgery tomorrow. @nikki-massie, question, will exercise be on the healthy habits list? Reason being I am having knee replacement surgery next Thursday (May 25) and I don’t know if that is a habit I would able to accomplish (unless my PT exercises count).

I have been on psych meds and going to a therapist for about 14 years now.
