When the weather starts getting warm, nothing beats a nice, ice cold water!! And when I say ice cold, I mean ICE COLD!!!! I am not a big fan of water so this is the only way I will drink it. I also like decaf iced coffees too!!

@kspot42   Konica, I can totally relate as I am also a stress eater!!!!  Kudos to you for your courage to share and get through this!!!!  I can also totally relate to Nikki’s FOMO reference.  Keep up the great work!!

No concrete plans for today. Maybe a nap?? (grandsons wore me out yesterday) Plus it’s a cold, wet, gloomy day here in upstate NY; great day to play lazy…lol! Started planning meals for the upcoming week and making a grocery list. Will go shopping either tomorrow or Monday.
